As if dealing with the bald spots aren't enough, what do you all do with the pain that get into your arms/shoulders/back? I know stop pulling will of course reduce this but at this point, after 30 years of pulling, it's permanent damage. I have chronic pain in my shoulders and back. Anyone else suffer from this and what have you done to relieve the pain? I'm eating advil hand over fist and with my gastric bypass surgery this is a HUGE NO NO.
