Hi, I'm new to the site. I'm 22 and just realized a couple months ago that my hair pulling is trich. I started in 6th grade although I do it much less now. My mom took me to the doctor after she saw a bald patch on my head when I was 12. I told the doctor it felt like there was an itch on this one spot and felt relief upon pulling out hair. I felt like there was one hair that was causing the itchy sensation and the desire to pull and I was always searching for the "perfect hair" that when I pulled it out would cause the whole sensation to go away. The doctor told me I had some sort of fungus on my head and prescriped me an anti-fungal cream to put on my scalp every night. It didn't work and eventually I learned to control my pulling. To this day though, it is the exact same spot (probably a spot an inch wide in diameter on the top of my head) that I have a desire to pull from. I've never pulled from anywhere else. I was wondering if anyone had any similar feelings or experiences. Thanks.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
