Okay, so my friend and I were talking about the whole process the other day. We were discussing the different options available, specifically for F2M transitions. Has anybody ever wondered why penile transplants cant' be done, rather than creating a completely new penis from arm or abdomen skin? I realize that would be quite a surgery... and hard to find a "donor" i guess. But I mean, is that even possible? Does anyone know? Has it ever been attempted? I mean, yeah, blood types would have to match and nerve endings connected and such.
And what about testicles and sperm? What if the complete reproductive system could be replaced. Then females could become males that are completely functional in every sense. The same for males becoming females.
Well... just some thoughts... let me know what you guys think!

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
In your lifetime i suspect you will see that, yet it is in balance with the AMA and their understanding of medicine as it is wanted.
I guess the blunt answer is that our medicine is sold to us. It is not profitable vs. affordable or popular enough of a procedure to develop commercially.
And that's sad. Creative Kudo's to you though...!
