Well even after changing to my female name with Verizon, the representative continued to address me as "sir" during the whole time of our conversation yet already knowing my name is Rhonda. Nothing more could been annoying than me listening to this jerk continue to use male pronouns. I couldn't take it anymore, and just hung up the phone on him, just and hope for the best that my internet service is fixed and working.
