I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I say "Transexing" because in a global sense to be a Transsexual means to have a desire so strong to have the external vehicle of the body match the internal feelings and experience of the gender opposite to the biologically assigned sex.
Here you will find genetic women wanting to be men and men waiting to be women.
But back to transexing- Ironically wearing the clothes and presenting the behaviour of the opposite gender is more often than not the permission process we go through to allow ourselves the excape of our confines if only temporarily.
When you Transsex you cross live, cross dress, go full time, and take hormones and groom yourself differently towards the ends of acquiring the secondary sex characteristics of the opposite gender.
For example: Being a MTF Transsexual my hair is long. My face is reasonably female enough that i can be out in public and not be perceived as male if wearing minimal makeup and clothes.
If you Pass, that is to say you haven't been Clocked. If you're Read, that means someone watched you and knows you are a male. If you're clocked, it means you acted like a guy and it gave you away. And when you Pass you go undetected.
Reality in the day to day life of a Transsexual is as simple as your self permission process. Simply put- transitioning isn't as hard as you make it. That is to say you will make it what it is.
A Transition is where you start making changes and some people weird out about the way they look. You will have to remember that the external appearance takes time too!
And it is here where the expense adds up!!!
Sex Reassignment Surgery- (SRS) is as low as 10k (but don't get it!)and averages about 15-17k and the really expensive surgeons charge 35k... but the work is almost flawless!
Breast Augmentation Surgery- (BAS) is also about 10-15k and whatever you do- never ever let anyone inject silicone directly under your skin!!! I have seen so many people die that way- don't!
Hormone Replacement Therapy- (HRT) is when a physician (treating) tests your hormones with lab blood tests and writes you a prescription for Male hormones if you are FTM Female to male, or MTF Male to female Transsexuals. And last but not least- Facial Feminizing Surgery (FFS) is the whole enchilada insofar in terms of surgery. Depending of the degree of surgery you may want vs. can afford the price is fairly close to 30-40k for starts and tops out at about 65k if your face really does look like Herman Muenster.
Budget too for the high maintenance life style too while you are at it- clothes, beauty product, hair stuff, shoes- you gotta have shoes! and all the shrink and doctor visits too!
Eventually, you will want "Letters". They come from your therapist and shrink and in the end a specialist who all collectively write letters to the surgeon saying to go ahead and do the surgery, and there is no way around it really.
Thailand has some loopholes and better prices, but theres time for that with everything else you have to do and remember if you ever get a little or a lot bummed out thinking it is going soooo sloooow.... you always need to practice your voice and demeanor. Thankfully, those are free!
