Transgender Support Group
This community is here to support and help the large population of transgender people. If you or anyone you know identify as transgender, this is the place to share your feelings and experiences and speak with others who are going through similar things in their lives.
So I have to write a 3 page paper on the following, any suggestions or adivce I would greatly appreciate.

Suppose you are a middle school counselor. Now you have a TG Kid there in your school. The news broke out a little too early about this kid and the issue of where is "SHE" suppossed to use the bathroom.
The PTA, some kids, and some teachers dont want this kid at the school and they dont want to deal with this at all.
It is your job as the Middle School Teacher to protect this kid and to hold a meeting at the PTA later in the week...
How do you address this subject and protect this kid?

theatre and I are there already. I'm having a very berry tea with crackers, cheese and cherry tomatoes and she's having a joint with some beer and we're both on really comfy recliners on thick pile carpet. we need some help with the decor if anyone is around??

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I had this Psychology Class in College that lead to another and then another and so on. It seemed to present that "teens" and grade groups in schools where more likely to act as a group more than their adult counterparts in similar group environments like at the workplace for example. So addressing the student body may not be to the benefit this student whereas a "Diversity & Tolerance" seminar may be of a greater benefit when race, culture, customs and orientations come into play. After all so many of my piers still believe "Transsexualism" is all about Gay men having sex with straight men. Mind you, my pier group are Fifty year olds...
In my own experience i always seek and use bathrooms that are single occupancy or Male/ Female Restrooms to avoid being trapped by some idiot wanting to hurt me in the mens room or the Melodrama of someone declaring "a man is in the womans restroom!" ...All this despite i pass most of the time and have papers from my shrink saying i can and should use the Women's restroom because it is part of my treatment for Transsexualism.
No matter what your beliefs are of me or my transition or my personal progress is, i can assure you that avoiding scrapes with the Law, being arrested and all the hassles associated with stoopid people are by far an easier path than that of rabble-rouser and Community Activist... because that is not my roll.
My roll is to pass well enough that 24/7/365 i do not have to do this anymore for the rest of my life and i can blend in with the rest of the women in the world- even if i were to mean i would never have a mate.
But Hey- that's just me. What about you?
