okay,...i want to know the whole medical process, like do you guys need to go to therapy before going to a doctor for hormones? my boyfriend has *A LOT* of emotional bagage that might affect a therapists oppion. plus do you need a phyical before the sex reassignment surgery?? what kinds of health problems would you need for it NOT to happen...because he has a heart problem. i just want to inform myself on what i might be in for.
