If I have a soft pillow it seems to push my jaws together and make me clench more.
Does anyone use a harder pillow, it seem as though it would free up the jaw so the teeth would not clecnh together. Any special TMJ pillows?
Any ideas?
Thank you...

I use a small semily soft decorative pillow on top of my normal pillow. I started using it 2 years ago when I had my wisdom teeth out and it works wonderfully. I've used both soft pillows and hard pillows, but this pillow is comfortably in between for me. I love this pillow and my mom will probably let me steal it when I move out.
