SO I got a stupid splint for my TMJ. After a few days I was use to wearing it and talking with it. It caused more pain that before I had it, but whatever. Then today I find out that they don't take medical assistance. When I first started going there I had insurance through my mom and then I got married. I took the stupid splint out cuz I can't pay for the treatment and now I'm in worse pain that ever!!! I hate this!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I hope you can get this resolved soon. Both of my discs are out from a dental procedure about 5 yrs ago. I will have to wear this guard the rest of my life now.
I will pray for your healing..
