Hello! I am new this site. I was diagnosed with TMJ in the early 90's but I know I had it way before then. I have had the clicking in my jaw since I was a teen and it gradually got worse to where it just tries to lock up instead. I had to go to the ER to have it popped back in. I am scared to yawn anymore. I have discovered that I do grind my teeth at night and so far I believe one of my teeth are chipped from it. Anyway what I was wondering if anyone has had any surgury done to fix it and if it has helped. Thanks!
