I know I ask for lots of advice about TMJ but it is just my way of getting reassurance about me and TMJ.. but my question is does anybody wake up with a stiff neck? I mean like the last week or 2 my neck has been super stiff in the morning and I work it out and I am pretty good for the day but as soon as I hit the pillow my neck stiffens... Is it the way I sleep, my pillow? I am not sure if anybody goes through this how do you avoid a stiff neck because it sucks ever morning waking up to that!!
