I am having a problem with my medical Dr in prescribing me hydrocodone for my TMJ. Everything else has failed to work except this medication. How can I advicate myself to recieve the medication that works for me. When in the first place my Dr was the one to miss-diagnose me for the past 3 months because she is not convienced that it is TMJ. When clearly my dentist and chiropractor state the my TMJ is so bad that I am going to need surgery, and it just about looks like my jaw has been in an accident or broken. My pain is so bad and has been constant for three months, from the headache which rated at a "10" to broken teeth now a second tooth extraction and an abscess nerve on one of my back teeth, to severe ear pain and tooth and ear infections, to grinding night. I don't know what to do, my Dr thinks I'm medicine seeking and has a biest oppinion and will not provide me with the treatment I need. Any suggestionswould help. Thanks
