The disc on the left side of my jaw is completely displaced, but, I dont' have much trouble with it, however, the disc on the right side is partially displaced and that's the problem. Not only am I in continual pain, but it makes opening my mouth a logisical problem. It doesn't get stuck or pop, it just won't move right. I have to hold my mouth closed when I yawn which is often since I'm so tired all the time. I use ice and heat, tried PT, use a soft bite guard and nothing helps. I don't grind or clench my teeth. Oral surgeons and dentists can't offer anything else either. Anyone know of any exercises that might help?
