Is this TMJ???
I dislocated my jaw last year. Ever since then I have had TMJ like symptoms. For the past 6 weeks, and for no known reason, I have been experiencing clicking in my jaw, popping in my ear, can't open my mouth wide enough to eat certain foods, can't eat crunchy/chewy foods without TREMENDOUS amounts of pain, random pain in my teeth, and can't bite down on my back teeth. Been to 3 doctors, a dentist, and an ENT and none of them can figure out what's going on. I finally have an appointment with an oral surgeon this week, so hopefully I can get some answers. Is this TMJ? Anybody have any suggestions? Thank you :)

I think I read in one of these threads that TMJ can cause the ears to itch. Anyone know anything about that? I can deal with the jaw pain. I eat soft foods when it's bad but refuse to give up pizza and soft pretzels, or bagels (the worst for me). But my ears itch 24/7 , just about 365. It would just be nice to know that I'm not alone.

I had to have a lung biopsy, and I have cancer. A very rare form that doesn't have any standard treatment. There just isn't a lot of case history for this. It is epithelioid hemangio endothelioma. The cancer support group doesn't talk every day. I can understand why. I'm waiting for the oncologist to call back for an appointment, and will hear in the next few days. Who knew. Ha!
