Has anyone had Acupuncture done to alleviate their TMJ pain? If so, did it help, make it worse, or neither? I'm considering Acupuncture and wanted to find out prior to spending the money. Thanks.

Yes, I've been doing acupuncture for a month. I has helped a lot. I'm able to work again. I still have to go weekly, I can feel after about 5 days that I need another treatment. It is the best thing I've done that has helped. When you do acupuncture wear your bite guard if you have one. If you don't have one I would suggest you get a dentist trained in TMJ to make one for you. Good Luck.
