What is the best thing to cut out of your diet or cut down on as i can't live without my Dairy products such as cheese, Milk and Yogurt as i love them too much. Also i like my tea as well and chocolate.
All those things i am eating are making my tinnitus worst and also the strange thing is that drinking WATER also bring on my tinnitus to.
Very strange???

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
For me, it's wine. And I still drink one glass of red every day. Actually, I found a Francis Ford Coppola Merlot for $11 bucks over at costco that is fantastic and been enjoying it the last month or two.
I don't cut anything out. The ony thing I avoid is.. loud (noise over 80db)
Since the T got worse and my company downsized me, I have been depressed and afraid to drink in fear of bringing on one of the "bad" T days. I've lost so much of the fun that I used to have in my life (eating out, driving my cars, vacation at the NJ shore). That alone makes me almost break down at times. Thinking about the good times that I might not be attending over the Holidays is another kick below the belt. After two months, I still wake up in the morning hoping that this is all a bad dream...
But, thanks to Xanax, I can sleep without background noise, and I'm hoping that my mind will eventually adjust so I can go back to being me again....
"It seems that after we abstain, the T remains the same". Please pardon the sarcism...
