Hi, I am 14 and I presumably tinnitus. It has gotten worse over the month that I have had it and it is very depressing. I am hoping that it is just prssure in my ears or something of the sort, that is easily treatable. But I dont know what to do. What are the chances that it is jsut temorary? Any suggestions on treatment?

I know it must feel very frigtening right now but there is a chance that it is temporary or perhaps will lighten up. If not there are things that you can do. Try soft music (not rock) to mask it. If you want to talk about it more I would love to hear from you. I have found ways to live with my severe tinnitus and I might be able to suggest other things. Here is a great big hug for you. FranD

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
