I have been living with pulsatile tinnitus for the last 15 years. I can hear and feel my heart beating in my ear. Its like a loud swooshing sound, similar to hearing the baby's heart beat when you are pregnant and the dr. puts the microphone up to your belly. The sound gets louder or softer depending on how I move around or the positions I lay in or the way I turn my head from side to side or up and down, it NEVER goes away. I can press my finger on my jugular vein in my neck and it will either stop or get quieter, depending how loud it is at the time. Then when I let go I"m right back to square one with the annoying noise that is driving me crazy. It took years before I even knew what it was called because so many doctors had no idea. Any advice? or has anyone actually been cured of this problem?

I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
