hi, had TT in 2 surgeries in July. Had my RIA 8-31 (dose was 150). While they wanted my TSH level to be above 35 for the treatment, it was actually 114 (off cytomel for 2 1/2 weeks pre ria and didn't have to do the low iodine diet). no wonder I felt like crap leading up to it! 3 days later they let me start my synthroid medication. I've lately been worrying at what a high number I had and do not have a follow up until 10-9. My body scan was 9-10. Called my Endo last fri. and they still haven't returned my call. Is such a high starting number something to worry about? Anyone with a similar experience?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
