I'm new to this thing called papillary carcinoma. It's been a difficult time because this journey started back in October when they found lung nodules. I was just recently diagnosed on June 9th, S/P total thyroidectomy and neck disection. Lymphnodes were clear, but invasion of vascular and lymphatic system. RAI 4 days ago and currently in isolation. My thyroglobulin was 232 at first and then a week later 42. I just repeated my thyroglobulin level again and follow-up full body scan on wednesday, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed. I would love to hear from anyone who has any good advice or support. I'm trying to stay positive, but it's hard because of the concern of lung mets.
