So I managed to get myself worked into a total anxiety frenzy over the past couple of days over - well, nothing of any real consequence - Body all in knots, just a mess. I met my friend for Yoga class tonight and I just got home. I feel SOOOO much better. There's a class 3x/week at my gym, I think I need to start taking advantage ~~ AAAHHHH!!!
I highly recommend Yoga for stress/anxiety relief! (even if you're not very good at it - which I'm not)
