Does anyone bake with oat flour? I was told it makes things moister, and bought some packages, but now I do not know if I should alter my recipes, or what. Just curious, so thought I would ask you wonderful cooks and bakers for advice. Being that it is probably healthier than regular white flour, I'd like to be using it more often - I know it is much more expensive, so it must be good - smiles!
