It is a book called THE SHARPER YOUR KNIFE, THE LESS YOU CRY by Kathleen Flinn. It is a true story about Kathleen and her journey from being on corporate latter to enrolling in Le Courdon Bleu culinary school in paris. It has lots of recipes and tips included as well but its so good i read the whole book in 3 days and it has inspired me so much. I suggest that if you like to read you try this one. but make sure you have a window of time cause you wont be able to put it down.
