Mum was still very sleepy and out of it on our visit. They decided to move her to another ward 20 mins after we got there.
When we got to the ward the bed wasnt ready. A lady that was contagious had to be moved to her own room and they were waiting for the lady in that room to go home. Then they have to deep clean the area so mum can go in the room where the contagious lady was. So mum was in the corrider on her bed in front of the nurse station. I think they thought we couldnt stand there blocking it too so we was sent to a room to wait, where we sat for a couple of hours. In the end dad decided best to leave. Theyve found she has a chest infection. Poor dad bless him is finding it so emotional and tiring, hes not fully over this cough/cold weve all had in our home.
