hi all,
I am in a pre-cancer stage. I have a bone marrow failure syndrome which almost always either fails or goes into cancer or lukemia. i get blood drawn every month, and bone marrow biopsies every 3-6 months. They are just monitoring it for now. My counts are horrible, but stable for me. It's a constant battle of when i get my transplant. They don't want to do it too early, as it can have complications, plust screw up my schooling (i would miss about a year), but then again, they will have to do it eventually.

i'm in the pre-cancerous stages of cervical cancer so i feel your pain about dealing with the constant battle it's not fun to wait and wait for test results nor is it fun to wait and wait for the next appotment for yet again more tests. it stinks having all these tests run on your body. yeah the test help the drs to find a way to help your diagnose but some tests also hurt. i'm out of schoool so i don't have to really worry about missing school, but i have to miss work a lot for tests and when i miss work i lose out on money. it stinks when the tests cost so money especially when you have no money. i am paying everything out of my pocket as the state or any other medical insurence will not cover me. if they will cover me it is about $350-$400 a month and that is money i do not have. if you ever need to talk just message me i am a good listener

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
