i prepare and study a lot for tests, but whenever i get to them, i stress and worry so much about it that i can't think straight and i don't do as well as i should. my mind just goes blank and i forget things that i know. any tips on how to calm down during tests?

i do the same thing! the most helpful thingi have found is taking slow deep breaths and close my eyes for a couple minutes.. .but that doesnt always work..but it does sometimes.

take ur time. i rush through mine alot when i'm stressed and it doesnt help at all.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
