suffers from anxiety. Yesterday, and many times before, she gets up and says she's not going to school...she refuses to and she then feels horrible as the day goes on. Any advice on how we can deal with this? She's an average student that cannot afford to miss anymore school, she knows this but feels like she sometimes just is too fearful to go. Does punishment, withholding cell phone, ipod, social activities seem like a good idea in handling with this? Her doctor says it's good for her to have an incentives and consequences too. Thank you for any help you can offer us. We love her and want to help her.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
