was recently referred to Daily Strengths by a friend of mine...I was actually going to, well, lurk a bit before I joined in or anything since I have been able to handle my anxiety to some degree and have even been getting better at over coming it... But today I had a bit panic attack when I was called to answer a math problem I wasn't prepared for in class. To say the least, I ended up just standing there shaking while I tried to focus enough to at least start the problem though in the end another class mate had to come up and solve the problem for me when it became evident I wasn't about to do so myself.
I suppose why this worries me this much would simpyl be because I really don't have any outlet for these kinds of problems, as I personally don't know anyone who can relate or help with this...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Have you tried antidepressants? I'm getting some prescribed to see if they help...
