I tend to isolate myself, like alot. I rarely leave the house, for one reason or another, I always seem to find an excuse not to go out when really I just sit at home and wish I was out having fun. When I do go out, I go to hangout with certain people, cause most people I`m just really anxious around. I literally have EVERY symptom of anxiety disorder. I want to learn to get a handle on this and control it anywhere I choose to go.
