So I've always had little things I called anxiety attacks when I was stressed. I used to be able to make them go away fairly fast and deal with them pretty easily. But lately, they've been getting worse and they last a lot longer and I get them more often. I just think of something that stresses me out and it feels like someone put a weight on my chest and it gets hard to breathe and sometimes I even get dizzy, lightheaded, or get a headache from it. Sometimes my hands even start to shake, and when I cry, it only makes it hella worse. It takes awhile for the pressure and all of it to go away, and even music and deep breathing have stopped helping as much. Does this happen to anyone else and what can I do about it?
