Ok so lately my anxiety has been extremely bad. I went a good 4 or so months without havin a panic attack (although i still always had anxiety) but for the past month now almost anything is triggering one. Literally like every half hour i think about something or someone says something that makes me anxious and I start shaking, my heart starts racing, and my breathing gets rapid. I have gotten a little better at controlling them when i feel it coming on so it doesn't escalate outta control but it is really getting in the way of school and going out. Last night I was out with my boyfriend and i was soo anxious and jumpy in the car that every two seconds i thought we were gonna crash and he had his music turned up somewhat loud and every sound and sight around me was so intensified while I tried to ward off a panic attack that i was like flinching with every beat off the music. I feel like im going crazy. But i was wondering if anyone starts to get really anxious or have panic attacks just talking about anxiety? Because i am taking psychology in school this year and when we talk about anxiety or phobias that in itself basically brings on a panic attack. This never used to happen...
