iknow there is no manual 4 getting through something like this, but wen u lose ur child theres a long long proccess of healing, wich is different 4 every1. i would love it if every1 would reply 2 this, i would like 2 know all the things that u moms an dads r or have done 2 heal, 2 find happiness again, 4 me i am about 2 try counsilling, i know that crying can help, keeping a journal can help, thinking positive/trying 2, can help, not being hard on urself can help, wat else has anyone found that helps, even the tiniest thing, please respond, this will b good 4 us all.

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
