Sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) is any sudden and unexplained death of an apparently healthy infant aged one month to one year. SIDS is responsible for roughly 50 deaths per 100,000 births in the US.

I was just wondering what everyone is doing for Thanksgiving? Do you have traditions or are you planning anything for your babies?
We are suspose to go to Ohio to visit my dad! yay! He is kinda mad that we are coming up cuz he said it would be hard to see us without the baby...but whatev...this will be the last time we see him due to us moving...bar hoping in Ohio here I come!! haha

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
so it does not look like a morbid cemetery...it resembles a park...
I always light candles on holidays for our loved ones. Not sure why I do it, just always have. I guess cuz it makes them feel closer and that they are with us always, especially on holidays.
I will get an angel ornament for Madyson's parents for the tree, and add one to our tree also.
