Today is National Pregnancy and Infant Loss day. I just wanted to let you all know that I am thinking of you all your angels.
I picture all the angels sitting by a pond and watching over us and today they will see the wave of light that we will create for them by burning a candle.
My thoughts are with you all today.

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I guess PAIL is more recognized in the States than it is here in Canada. Either way I think it is great! I also believe that October is SIDS months... I just wish awareness for things like this was as big as it is for breast cancer.
