It's my litte man's second birthday today, our first without him. I know that he's having a big birthday bash up with his Great-Grandfather (who joined him last Thursday), and all of your sweet little ones. Please keep us in your thoughts today. It's been a rough week for us losing my grandfather and Jacob's birthday - but we're bound and determined to celebrate his life today, even if it was too short.
