Sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS) is any sudden and unexplained death of an apparently healthy infant aged one month to one year. SIDS is responsible for roughly 50 deaths per 100,000 births in the US.

I found getting away out of my normal enviroment was helpful, but I really can't do that for christmas.

this was not an easy year...I have a lot of good things going on in my life right now- and that seems to make me miss those I've lost more than usual-
