Many of you probably know that quite a few of us had our taxes rejected last year. And you may also know that there have been a number of local news stories on this topic - in Baltimore, Cincinnati, Atlanta, and I'm sure more that I don't know about.
Yesterday I got a call from Mark Becker from WSOC-TV in Charlotte. He's putting together a story as well and he's looking for anybody in the Charlotte area who either had their taxes rejected or has lost a baby to SIDS and cares to weigh in about this problem and the fact that these social security numbers are so accessible online. If you're in the Charlotte area and care to speak with him, you can reach him at Mark.Becker@wsoc-tv.com or on his cell phone. I'd rather not post his number here for all the world to see. So if you want his number, just send me a private message.

I sure hope you get somewhere with this. I have sent out countless letters to people who I hoped could help with this issue, but it got me nowhere. I am so disappointed. Can't believe this isn't getting the attention it needs. I wish you the very best of luck and hope that you will keep us all informed along the way. Thanks for everything you do to put a stop to this.

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
