as I have stated before I've been cut off from therapy 11 months into my recovery (not complaining; because I know plenty who have had less) but my issue now that I have my foot brace (footdrop) I had been telling the dr. & therapyst all along I swing my leg because my knee won't bend to walk. Anyone have any suggestions on what I could do at home to help myself along? I have nothing to do during the day while my son is in school, so I'd rather do something constructive besides getting some much needed sleep.
