The simplest tasks are so difficult for me sometimes. Is it just me? Am I making everything worse in my head? I guess I've felt like this most of my life. How do I become normal?
You see those mom's on tv who are famous for extreme multitasking. I can't even watch those shows without getting dizzy. I get stressed out so easily. It's been worse lately. How do I get everything done while being a good mom?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Some days are tuffer than others and even the littlest thing seems hard to accomplish. I like to start a journal of what I need to do the next day in the order of the most important first so I get those out of the way and the rest can usually wait until I am less stress. Definitely sit down with the rest of the family and express your feelings. Maybe assuming they are old enough they can help out a little more when you are have a more stressed day.
I would like to share this writing with you.
Feeling Crazy
Feeling crazy may be a mark of sanity in my situation.
~Anne Wilson Schaef~
Several years ago, after I had written sand published womens Reality, I visited an old friend in New York City. After talking a while, she said, youve changed (Shes an analyst and she always noticed things!)Reality, I said, How? (I secretly hoped that I had changed After all, we had not seen each other for several years and if I hadnt changed, I was in deep trouble!) You are not longer afraid of being crazy, she observed Was I afraid I was crazy? I asked, somewhat startled. Yes, she said quietly. Well, after writhing Womens Reality, I realized that I have constantly been told that I am crazy by my society when I put forth my clearest, sanest, most precious perceptions. Now I accept that I am crazy in the eyes of and addictive society and I feel very sane with my craziness.
WATCH OUT FOR WHO IS DEFINING CRAZY.
