Okay, so there are things in my life that I'm not happy with such as weight, my job, my wanting to go back to school, and I'd love to stay home with my newborn, but money is tight so I have to go back to my job in a few weeks, etc...So the thing is that I get stressed about these things and overwhelmed, don't know where to begin to change things, which stresses me out more and it's like a vicious circle. I suppose I could start with a list of things I want/goals, and try to think of steps to get them? any other ideas? thanks!
