Going through a series of changes (in living situation, jobs, etc.) has left me with a higher degree of stress than normal. One thing I struggle with is always feeling like I have something I need to do. I have many checklists right now to prepare for moving, interview, etc, and it will be awhile before everything is checked off. The problem with this is that it means there is always something to feel like I "should be" doing. I've been trying to block out at least an hour each evening to simply do whatever I want (read, etc.). It is starting to help, but it is still difficult to relax at time b/c it feels like there is so much to do.
