Does anyone else get physical symptoms of anxiety?
(Not Panic Attacks - That's another story)
My most common symptom is shoulder tension (between my spine and my shoulder blade.
But I am pretty much at my wit's end right now with stress and depression and anxiety and I just feel sick. I've been feeling it for a while and thinking I'm getting the flu or a cold or a stomach bug, but it just stays the same. An icky feeling over my body, no temperature and it doesn't get worse. Just comes and goes with the stress level of my thoughts.
Am I alone on this?

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I know you said you weren't talking about pa's but anxiety can cause all sorts of feelings.
I take xanax as needed and it helps some. I am too big of a baby to try the anti-depressants. Been there done that and hate the side effects.
Hope your feeling better soon.
I rarely but have felt sick to my stomach(slight nausea) over very stressful situations if they prolong. Also I find myself not being able to concentrate as well.
my doctor rx me some xanax to help cope. additionally i found excerise to be a good relief, as well as talking with friends.
