I work in a call center and am stressed out trying to keep up with the stats. Anyone under pressure to perform like that? How do you deal with the stress? I try to take it one second at a time (that's how stats are computed), but get stressed when I can't keep up with everybody else. I should add that I've only on my 3rd month of doing this kind of work. My team lead posts everyone's stats from the day before for all to see. I think that's rude but she's trying to push us to our limits. Just asking how you would deal with performance stress in the job. Any hints?
