My best friend is currently in the hospital, in a coma on life support. In July, she gave birth to her 2nd child, and due to complications with her pregnancy she had 2 heart attacks and went into cardiac arrest. She is only 31 years old. I have recently moved into her home to help her husband with her 2 small boys. I went from having a fairly normal non eventful life to a world of stress, and I am having a hard time.. I cry everyday, and I just need some support

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I hope things get better for you.
You are doing such a great thing for those kids. It has got to be so hard and stressful. you have to make sure that you take time out for you! You have to have your own life as well, otherwise you could have resentment down the road.
You are really a very special person and this world needs a lot more like you!
Each day take 45 minutes to yourself, to journal, to listen to music, to read, something that clears your head and relaxes you!
Hang in there and I wish for your friend to have a miracle!
