Has anyone found some good ways of dealing with stress at work? I recently found myself very short tempered due to stress and blowing up at the wrong person (my boss) who brought me in his office and told me i have an attitude problem. Im afraid i might lose my job over this! please help as this is not who i am, and i dont want to be labeled as a b*t*h for letting my anger out at innocent people who are trying to help.
