Today I just found out that my case against my abuser is in fact going to trail.. Just when I thought I was starting to get my life back together. This is a reality slap that this did happen. I was trying my hardest to forget. So now with this weight being thrown on me how do I cope? I felt that black hole open up again.I don't want to go back there. That is a very painful place don't enjoy being there. Any and all advise will be accepted.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
