My mum & dad work from home, and recently my mums been gettign really stressed because shes trying to do too much work in not enough time.
She breaks down crying sometimes, and is miserable most of the time.
I just wanna know what I can do to help her get better. I can't help her with her work because I don't understand any of it... But, please tell me what I can do

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Micro-managing is a wonderful tool, if it is used correctly.
But I agree with italian, be there for her, be her support, do what you have to do to help her out when you can.
