Does anyone else get really stressed out and very fustrated when they havent got control over something?? I was in college today in a lesson and there was so much talking going on i couldn't do my work and i started to get really cross stressy and adjitated so i started to take it out on the desk and anything that i could throw. my support assistant had to remove me from the room to calm down becuase i was starting to become out of control (have anger management probs) but this was all because i couldnt control what was going on around me to stop me from getting like this!! does anyone else have this prob or have any tips on what i could do??
