i eat when i am stressed, and it works, temporarily. what are some ways to deal with stress other than eating?!

Been a long time since I have been around here. Moods have been pretty under control between judo and physical labor job. Mostly i notice a lot of fatigue but trouble getting restful sleep. Also can be a bit disorganized and procrastinate heavily. Is it worth going back on? Used to take lamictal. Thanks, Steve
