My therapist said that I need to start organising my time a bit better so that I don't overload myself anymore to the point of burnout. I'd love a book for some ideas, but I hate looking for books and buying them because most books only have a bit of the information that you need. So, if anybody knows of any books, I'd love to hear your suggestions.
